Traditional Chinese Medicine doesn’t believe in the “one-size-fits-all” approach to any healthcare treatment. The same philosophy goes for what types of foods you put in your body. Of course there is the basic level of nutrition that everyone needs, however we believe that the foods you consume should be supporting your health and help bring balance to your body. For example, if you often feel hot and dry, steer clear of spicy foods. Conversely, if you often feel cold and sluggish, best to avoid cold raw foods and incorporate warm soups and teas.
