Acupuncture

Acupuncture, the best know therapy of Chinese Medicine, is the placement of small, sterile, disposable needles into the body at specific points for treatment of health problems. Chinese medical theory describes Qi, or energy, that flows through pathways in the body. These pathways are like rivers in that they have a natural flow to them and when the flow is obstructed, pain, illness, and other ailments occur.

For thousands of years Chinese practitioners have stimulated points along these pathways to restore proper energy flow and encourage healing.

Reiki+ Crystal Healing

Reiki is an extremely gentle hands-on, or hands-off, healing modality that clears energetic debris and blockages to reinstate harmony in the body. During a session, the patient remains fully clothed laying on a massage table or sitting in a chair. Hands will be placed on or near the patient’s body to influence the bio-energetic fields of the brain, heart, endocrine system, vital organs, and areas of discomfort. Reiki is helpful for both physical and emotional imbalances and induces a deep sense of relaxation. Crystals are placed on and around the body to help entrain higher and more stable frequencies within the energy field. Claretha receives empathic, clairvoyant, and intuitive information during these sessions which she can share with you afterward.

Distance Reiki can be performed for those who want to receive healing but are not able to come into the office or those who are not local. Instructions for a distance Reiki appointment will be emailed prior to the healing session. Please click here to set up a distance healing session.

Claretha is a Reiki Master and teaches Reiki Level 1, Reiki Level 2, and Reiki Level 3.

Essential Oils

Like Traditional Chinese Medicine, essential oils have been used for thousands of years in many cultures to encourage and support physical, emotional, and spiritual well being. They are nicknamed Essential Oils because they hold within them the natural living energy and volatile oils, or Qi, of the plant.
