There are so many buzzwords floating around the holistic community. You know the ones that you see EVERYWHERE – manifest, abundance, wellness, mindfulness, etc. I think meditation can be included in this bunch too. And meditation, even before it became trendy, already had a sense of heaviness to it because of what meditation classically looked like. A chaste monk on a mountaintop chanting for hours. Well, that’s all wonderful but most people can’t (or won’t) do that.
I’m just trying to get you to turn off your phone, disconnect from the outer world to reconnect with yourself and your inner world. Simple, right? And it can be but it all starts with the breath. Breathing directs our internal navigation. And that, my friends, is where we begin.
You know that they say, practice makes perfect. And with meditation, practice is what makes all the difference. Start with 3-5 minutes a day and work up from there. I urge you to find a quiet spot somewhere in your home and make it a sacred space with whatever makes you feel comfortable.

etc.
Meditation has proven to be beneficial for so many physical ailments including pain, digestive issues, headaches, stress, dissatisfaction with life and more. It seems silly NOT to include it in your daily routine. Think of it like another necessity… like brushing your teeth.
